Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Work with clients to resolve technical issues and improve their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles and end-user training guides.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Windows operating system environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
