Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating critical account and pricing tables
  • Aiding clients or sales with set up or billing inquiries
  • Handling client escalations from calls/emails/surveys
  • Educating customers on our products, policies, and procedures
  • Attending Sales/Client meetings
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Coordinating support efforts between multiple Experian departments

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Excel and ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
  • Good organization and strong communication skills
