Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintenance of situational awareness to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Development of strong technical skills to perform the role effectively, with a focus on autonomy and adaptability

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Excellent sense of urgency and proactiveness
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • At least one year of experience in a multinational environment
  • At least two years of experience in back office, administrative or customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Administrative Assistant or Secretary technical diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Smartsheet, PowerBI and/or MS PowerPoint
