Sfg Global seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to work 1 day a week from home and 4 days onsite.
Job Summary
The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, supporting recognition programs, and collaborating with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, including ordering materials;
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions;
- Perform general administrative tasks as required;
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work;
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Salary Range
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
