About This Role
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced administrative coordinator to support our Senior Leadership team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management.
You will also provide onboarding support for new hires, vendors, and agencies, ensuring they have the necessary access and documentation to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management: coordinate internal and external meetings, including staff meetings, agency briefings, and virtual meetings.
- Meeting preparation: create agendas, gather materials, and ensure all necessary information is available for meetings and interviews.
- Travel arrangements: book flights, hotels, and rental cars as needed.
- Expense management: submit expense reports and receipts in a timely manner.
- Onboarding support: welcome new hires, vendors, and agencies, and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars, teams, and requests simultaneously.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
