Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Talent Coordinator to join our team in Costa Rica. In this role, you will provide administrative support for the North America Talent Acquisition Operations team.

About the Role

This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate candidate data, providing end-to-end application management support, and scheduling candidate interviews.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate candidate data in application tracking and candidate relationship management systems
  • Provide end-to-end application management support, including auditing and processing candidate applications, initial candidate screening, and communicating statuses to candidates
  • Schedule candidate interviews, update interview information in the system, and prepare interview materials
  • Administer any screening assessments and respond to candidate inquiries as well as process candidate reimbursements
  • Provide event support, including finalizing event logistics, setting up schedules, preparing marketing materials, and managing the collection of event feedback
  • Communicate logistics information to candidates and staff for events and interviews
  • Partner with the Recruiting Operations and Analytics team to create and execute system reports and queries
  • Assist with special projects and analyses as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior business experience in a comparable environment, such as recruiting coordination, administrative assistant, or similar roles preferred but not required
  • Advanced computer proficiency: Windows applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel); database familiarity
  • Excellent organizational skills: demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and handle competing priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; performing tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: convey a positive personal and professional image consistent with the firm's culture and value
  • Maturity and professionalism at all times: recognize and maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team: build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong service orientation in responding to customer needs
  • A high degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment
  • Demonstrate ability to remain calm under pressure and comfort working with minimal direction

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
