**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support with a strong focus on meeting arranging, calendar management, travel coordination, and absorption of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong English language skills, and the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure timely submission of expenses and improve efficiency of the T&E process
- Provide administrative support with a strong focus on meeting arranging, calendar management, travel coordination, and absorption of administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive information and resolve conflicts with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including credit card processing, information management, supplies, and staffing
**Qualifications:**
- Must understand and speak some Portuguese
- 2-3 years related experience
- SAP Concur experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong English language skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
