As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Senior Leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of their priorities and goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Calendar and meeting management: coordinate internal and external meetings, including staff meetings, agency briefings, and virtual meetings.
- Meeting preparation: provide agendas, resumes, and materials in a timely manner.
- Travel arrangements: handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Expense management: submit expense reports and receipts in a timely manner.
- Onboarding support: provide support for new hires, including space, equipment requests, and onboarding meeting scheduling.
- Help desk support: submit and manage help desk support requests for Senior Directors as needed.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proactive work ethic, attitude, and approach.
- Ability to drive schedules and agendas with a deeper understanding of context.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Superior communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, discernment, and judgment.
