The Role

In this role, you will provide efficient administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. You will serve as the main point of contact for all queries related to your area of responsibility.


You will report to the Team Leader - Recruitment Administration or Principal - Recruitment Administration.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on or complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within set deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are continually apprised and updated on relevant processes.
  • Manage day-to-day queries related to your area of responsibility, dealing with them effectively and timely, and escalating where necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of experience using WorkDay for Onboarding is required.
  • Experience working as a Recruitment Administrator or Coordinator is essential.
  • Must speak effective English and Spanish, possessing excellent business communication skills, written and oral.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
