About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
You will:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners who will manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Partner with HR, compensation, and talent management teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing clear communication and timely updates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications, plus a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated talent acquisition and leadership experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on multiple projects and tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
