Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Viant Medical. This role is responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, from job postings to new employee induction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews, administering employee data, and creating employee contracts. They will also assist with job fairs, coordinate company internships, and extend offer letters to new employees.

In addition to these duties, the HR Specialist will be responsible for updating the induction process, adding new employees to the Tecapro system, and requesting active and inactive help desk accounts. They will also coordinate salary increases and performance appraisals for operators and administrative employees.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and development. The ideal candidate will have a high school degree, technical degree in Human Resources, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in HR. They should also have excellent computer skills and English knowledge.

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources department is required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment and selection processes, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
