About the Role

This Administrative Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join our IBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) team, working closely with various functions such as marketing, finance, legal, operations, HR, and more.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide high-quality support to our executives and managers, utilizing your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative services to executives and managers, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve administrative services.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level).
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a multinational environment.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in back-office, administrative, or customer service roles.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome applicants with:

  • A technical diploma in administrative assistance or secretarial studies.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and/or MS PowerPoint.
