About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Experian. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Assist in the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team to manage purchasing and inventory.
  • Support the finance team in managing payments and expenses.
  • Participate in special projects, such as space expansions and employee moves.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team environment.
