About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative services to our clients, including IBM executives and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing presentations.">
  • Maintain high-level situational awareness, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and communication.">
  • Continuously improve business acumen knowledge to provide better support to executives.">
  • Apply technical expertise, including fluency in English, excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • At least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment.">
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively, and a high degree of autonomy.">
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and/or MS PowerPoint.">
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.">
