Job Summary
Wondery, an Amazon company, is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their experience with our premium podcast studio is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Triage and resolve billing disputes in a timely fashion
- Monitor and respond to app reviews, ensuring responses are completed within 3 hours of receipt during business hours
- Provide weekly reports to management on customer service volume and trends
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Create and maintain customer-facing FAQs, videos, and other support materials
