We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist I. This role involves assisting with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, as well as advocating for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English written and oral communication skills, with at least 6 months to 1 year of inbound call handling experience. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and advanced organizational abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with credit-related inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing support and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
