The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and customer service to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As an IT entry point, you'll work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional support.

About the Job

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch technical support to our customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving them efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer-facing experience, preferably in a technical support setting
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with:

  • Experience working with Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Familiarity with help desk software and ticket management systems
  • A background in IT or a related field
