We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Call Center in Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Job Description

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.

About You:

  • You have 6 months to 1 year of experience in inbound call handling.
  • You possess excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with high occupancy rates.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and can interpret complex problems or situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings.
  • Help members understand the value of their memberships and benefits.
  • Effectively handle escalated customer issues.
  • Adjust to variations in products and standard operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
