Join our team as a Dental Industry Customer Support Specialist, and help us provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing superior customer support over the phone, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in SAP.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and shipping.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions on relevant topics.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Desirable Qualifications:- Prior experience in the dental industry or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits and Employment Terms:A competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the estimated salary range for this role based on location (Costa Rica).
