**Job Description**

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering top-notch support to our clients, leveraging your technical expertise and excellent communication skills to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a technical support environment. Advanced English language skills (85% or above), both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers. ITIL experience is a plus.
