About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Procore Technologies. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Levelset's business model, product, and tools to optimize system use and maximize impact
- De-escalate situations as necessary and provide resourceful solutions to technical and product questions
- Partner with other departments to resolve complex customer problems and manage cases to point of resolution
- Leverage strong collaboration skills to connect with other teams as needed to provide appropriate solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year or more experience in a contact center or technical support environment, or 2 years of related customer support experience
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to self-manage workload while providing extraordinary customer experiences

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
