At Experian, we are redefining the way our clients do business within all aspects of the customer credit lifecycle.

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist in the Automotive Division. As a key member of our Call Center, you will provide high-level support to our customers, responding to requests for information, products, and services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving technical problems and product questions through research and diagnosis

• Documenting and communicating solutions to internal and external clients quickly and accurately

• Serving as a liaison between customers and Sales teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries and leads

• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and communicate with others is crucial

• Proactively seeking appropriate information and training to stay up-to-date on products and industry trends

• Identifying and selling new products whenever upselling and cross-selling opportunities arise

• Gathering client feedback on products and services and communicating to Product management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Minimum of 2 years of call center customer support experience

• Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and internet knowledge

• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills

• Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Team and teamwork focus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and tight deadlines

What We Offer:

• An estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
