Job Title: Customer Support Specialist for Dental Healthcare
This role supports customers by answering technical questions and processing orders via various channels. As a customer support specialist, you will work in a busy and complex dental healthcare market to provide superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone to dental offices and labs.
- Set up new accounts and maintain customer data in SAP.
- Answer incoming interactions from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Offer basic technical support on Straumann products.
- Process orders efficiently using SAP.
- Problem solve and provide resolution to order and shipping issues.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or support.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior dental experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
