Claims Support Role Overview
The Claims Support Analyst at Experian Health plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of both claims and remit clearinghouses. This position requires collaboration with software development teams, customer support, enrollment, and payer services teams to monitor file activity and investigate claims or remit-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Claim Health Monitor and ERA Monitor applications for errors or problems, and determine the appropriate method of investigation for troubleshooting.
- Track open issues and report to customer support teams or clients until resolution is obtained.
- Manage the open issues queue and communicate updates to internal and external clients.
- Provide root cause analysis, resolution, and documentation on problem tickets using Salesforce.
- Support File Transfer processes for both claims and remits.
- Facilitate communication between development teams and support teams, as well as between Passport-Experian and payers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in claims and remit operations transactions.
- Healthcare background.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of healthcare claims and remits.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
