Claims Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Claims Support Analyst will play a key part in monitoring file activity and investigating claims or remit related issues.
Working closely with software development teams, customer support, enrollment and payer services teams, the successful candidate will track open issues, report to customer support or clients, and communicate updates to internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the Claim Health Monitor and ERA Monitor for errors or problems and determine the appropriate method of investigation to use for troubleshooting the problem.
Track open issues and report to customer support, or clients until resolution is obtained.
Manage the open issues queue and communicate updates to internal and external clients.
Provide root cause analysis, resolution and documentation on problem ticket (using Salesforce).
Support File Transfer processes for both claims and remit.
Guide communication between development teams and support teams and between Passport/Experian and the Payers.
Requirements:
Experience in claims and remit operations (837/835 transactions).
Prior experience with Salesforce.
Knowledge of healthcare claims and remits.
Verbal and written English skills.
