Job Summary
Experian is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, interpreting consumer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
