Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Process verification requests and forms, maintaining strict adherence to data security policies and procedures.
- Manage user accounts, tracking interactions and transactions to ensure efficient and effective support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer support experience in HR or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
