About This RoleThis administrative support position reports directly to the Head of Marquee GTM and requires fluency in English.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and maintaining complex calendars while navigating scheduling challenges.
- Assisting leadership and teams in optimizing time usage, making decisions on short-term priorities, and streamlining work activities.
- Coordinating travel arrangements to ensure consistency with company procedures and supporting the organization in obtaining necessary travel documents, including Visa/passport, while maintaining Leadership expenses/credit card reconciliation.
- Identifying organizational issues and initiating or facilitating solutions.
- Supporting internal departments with new hire setup and assisting new hires with processes such as expense reporting and travel systems, as well as other internal processes and tools.
This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects from various management levels. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, soft skills, and a positive can-do attitude. Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Box, Concur, and Google Docs is essential, along with experience handling confidential materials.
