Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Marriott International in Costa Rica. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our guests and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases using a keyboard or mouse to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests.
  • Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail.
Requirements
  • Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
