Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Professional to join our team at Qualfon, where you will play a vital role in helping individuals pursue their career goals and creating opportunities for growth.

As a Customer Support Professional, your primary responsibility will be to research and resolve customer inquiries and requests via inbound calls, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

You will provide timely education to customers about services and policies, take control of problems logically and with a clear understanding, and adhere to internal compliance policy and guidelines.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also:

  • Document customer issues into consumable notes
  • Follow up with customer needs and team lead requests
  • Cooperate with special projects

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, strong conflict resolution skills, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

You will work from home with a reliable desktop or laptop, webcam, and high-speed Internet connection. Our technology requirements include Windows 10 or newer, a wired ethernet connection, upload speed of 3Mbps, download speed of 10 Mbps, and a stable Internet service provider.
