Description of the Job Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Movate Inc. as a Technical Support Professional. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective support for their technical queries and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage tickets for customer issues in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Technical Assistance Center to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries
  • Update the Siebel Database to document customer cases and interactions, maintaining accurate records for future reference
  • Manage caseloads efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong customer handling skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a team player mindset. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with Siebel Database or similar customer support systems is also beneficial.
