Job Summary

As a Technical Support Professional, you will provide expert assistance to our clients. Your expertise in IT and technical skills will enable you to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality support. You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Relevant university degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Proficiency in Java, C, or C++ programming
  • Experience with Linux or UNIX Systems Administration and Network Administration
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of database technologies, SQL, Cloud, or open-source technologies
  • Professional experience in Customer Support

Preferred Skills

  • Linux, RedHat, and Database certifications
  • Experience with OS core file debugging, OS debugging, and tracing tools
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, Containers, and Kubernetes
  • Programming skills in SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Windows batch scripting
