Introduction

We're seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our team at IBM. As a crucial member of our support team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

- In-depth troubleshooting and incident management of customer infrastructure issues

- Effective handling of support cases, utilizing monitoring and management tools

- Precise documentation of all actions taken

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Support
  • Command Line Linux systems
  • Virtualization technologies (VMWare/Hyper-V)
  • Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • RedHat experience
  • Kubernetes Container Experience
  • Shell Scripting (PERL/Shell)
