**About the Role**
IBM is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Professional. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating and supporting great products and has a basic understanding of software development and programming languages.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the customer experience by solving complex business problems for the world's leading clients.
- Work directly with the customer to understand and troubleshoot issues, collect data, elicit detailed requirements, then design and implement innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors as well as governments and agencies.
**Requirements**
- Basic understanding in Cloud Infrastructure
- Basic understanding of database configurations and support (SQL, DB2)
- Basic understanding of Web Application Server (WAS, Weblogic) configuration mechanisms
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
