Technical Support Specialist

As a Helpdesk Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to technical issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will include evaluating and resolving trouble tickets, managing facilities tickets, and maintaining accurate records of service requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in computer software applications, including Outlook, Sharepoint, and MS Office
