Job Summary

Experian is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and other channels. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving client issues, providing training and guidance to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on technical products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, Saturdays 12:00pm to 9pm, and Sunday-Monday off.
