We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sykes Costa Rica. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with each call by listening actively, empathizing with their concerns, and providing timely solutions.
  • Speak clearly and concisely in all communications, ensuring that customers understand the resolution to their issues.
  • Meet and exceed metrics as required by our clients, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow up with customers until their issues are fully resolved, verifying that they are satisfied with the outcome.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of success in a call center or customer-facing role, with experience handling high-volume phone traffic.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
