**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen. As an integral part of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and colleagues.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the hotel team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet company standards.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a similar position. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
