Job Description

The Customer Success Advocate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal utilization of ServiceNow products by our valued customers. This dynamic position involves overseeing a portfolio of clients, providing prescriptive guidance to facilitate business outcomes and foster greater adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer outcomes engagement for a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Ensure clients are technically healthy and running on the latest version of ServiceNow products.
  • Identify criteria for assisting clients using Success Plays in the Success Platform.
  • Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes.
  • Ensure clients derive maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and utilize their licenses effectively.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to enhance product adoption and expand the company footprint.
  • Resolve escalated client issues promptly, leveraging resources across the company ecosystem.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • The ability to deliver independent, comprehensive services.
  • Experience in resolving complex issues through analytical means.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
