As a Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our products.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving customer success and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of commercial and enterprise accounts to ensure customers achieve business outcomes and maximize adoption of ServiceNow products.
- Responsible for orchestration of all ServiceNow Impact Guided deliverables, entitlements, and customer experience.
- Ensuring customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product.
- Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of related work experience; Customer Success, Project Management, Business Admin, and/or SaaS.
- Ability to take full ownership of customer portfolio, act with autonomy, and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes.
- Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations with various stakeholders and leadership levels.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
