Customer Success Director

Workday is seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to lead our Professional Services team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of consultants and engagement managers who work closely with our customers to deploy Workday solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software consulting industry. You will be accountable for ensuring that our customers achieve maximum value from our solution and that our team meets the needs of our clients across North America, EMEA, and APJ regions.

What You'll Do- BUILD AND MANAGE A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM OF CONSULTANTS AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGIES TO DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS
- COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES
We're looking for someone with:
- 10+ years' experience in software consulting services
- 8+ years' experience leading and managing consulting teams
- Experience building a professional services group from the ground up
- Strong connections with local governmental agencies, recruiters, and other relevant stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
At Workday, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
