Customer Service Director

As a Customer Service Manager at Straumann Group, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Representatives in North America. Your primary goal will be to deliver distinctive customer service to our customers, creating a culture of highly engaged employees and driving continuous improvement in process and service-delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of business experience with progressively increasing responsibility, as well as 5+ years of customer service supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Fluency in English is a must, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is preferred. Additionally, a dental industry background or experience would be a significant advantage.
This position involves collaborating with other Customer Service Managers to develop goals and expectations for the Customer Support Team, spending 65-70% of time coaching and developing team members, and participating in daily call center operations. You will also be responsible for onboarding and continued development of all CSRs within the department, driving continuous improvement in process and service-delivery, and collaborating cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Finance to execute on strategic goals.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
