Global Customer Success Director

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Global Customer Success to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team that ensures customer success in LATAM, focusing on driving adoption and value-based results.
As a key member of our Customer Excellence team, you will work closely with customers to build relationships, learn about their businesses, and drive business value. You will also lead the development and execution of growth plans and strategies to drive license agreements, expert services, and customer success.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a proven track record of building and growing high-performing teams. You should have experience working in a matrixed environment, navigating complex CRM and IT deployments, and driving cross-functional alignment at scale.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, customer success, and services sales. They will be able to build and nurture C-level relationships across accounts, create evangelists among customers, and develop repeatable methodologies and best practices.
In addition, you will need strong analytical and negotiation skills, particularly at executive levels, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. A technical degree or pedigree is preferred, and you must be open to regional and global travel.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
