Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description: The Customer Success Advocate plays a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through prescriptive guidance and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of a portfolio of customers to ensure technical health and adoption of ServiceNow products.
- Identification of criteria for assisting customers using Success Plays in the Success Platform.
- Promotion of ServiceNow customer success stories and processes to maximize value from investments.
- Collaboration with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and footprint.
- Resolution of escalated client issues quickly using resources from across the company ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
- Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
- Experience resolving issues through analysis.
- Strong working collaboratively skills.
- ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
