As a Senior Customer Success Specialist Engineer (CSSE) at VMware, you will serve as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and consumption of VMware Aria Suite products using your technical, communication, and collaboration skills to help your customers achieve their full potential.

Upon joining the VMware Aria Suite CSSE team, you will have the opportunity to bring your authentic self to work and use your skills to make a meaningful impact and drive change for our customers, products, and company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Enable enterprise customers to quickly and successfully activate, onboard, and consume VMware Aria Suite products.
  • Provide technical guidance across the entire customer journey to help customers realize business value.
  • Develop strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their technical goals and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Partner with colleagues in Customer Success Management, Support, Training, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Address, evaluate, and resolve technical issues and questions for customers, leveraging available resources when warranted.
