Customer Success Advocate

At ServiceNow, we are looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of our products.

  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive growth and adoption.
  • You will leverage our best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.
  • You will identify criteria for assisting your customers by using our Success Plays in the Success Platform.
  • You will ensure that any escalated clients are resolved quickly, using resources from across our company ecosystem.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related work experience; OR equivalent work experience.
  • Apply proficient knowledge of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Build productive working relationships.
  • Analyze information and propose solutions to meet the needs of customers.
