Customer Advocate Representative

About the Role:
As a customer advocate, you will play a crucial part in shaping Tebra's product and processes by providing unique insights into the challenges faced by our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Your Area of Focus:
Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support, resolving technical difficulties, and troubleshooting issues. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Tebra's product and processes, using your expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
Your Professional Qualifications:
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in answering inbound phone calls and resolving technical software problems. Bonus points for knowledge of Salesforce, Shortel, and Confluence.
