Customer Service Advocate

Responsibilities:
Educate customers on available options and discuss sensitive financial situations
Systematically process customer requests and maintain client and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Professionals with strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills in English
- Computer skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a clean delinquency record
Benefits:
Regular activities, base salary, bonus opportunity, and overtime
Training Schedule:
7am-4pm Monday through Friday for two weeks, followed by variable hours
