Customer Service Advocate

Client Services, Inc. - CR is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As an Account Resolution Specialist, you will work with top financial services companies to motivate customers to resolve outstanding debts.

Responsibilities:

Educate customers on available options and discuss sensitive financial situations

Systematically process customer requests and maintain client and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Professionals with strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills in English
  • Computer skills and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a clean delinquency record

Benefits:

Regular activities, base salary, bonus opportunity, and overtime

Training Schedule:

7am-4pm Monday through Friday for two weeks, followed by variable hours
