Job Description

The Customer Success Strategist plays a vital role in driving business outcomes for our customers. This position requires an advocate who can oversee customer portfolios, foster adoption and usage of ServiceNow products, and ensure maximum value is obtained from their investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer outcomes engagement to understand needs and challenges
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product version
  • Identify criteria for assisting customers using Success Plays in the Success Platform
  • Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase footprint
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly, utilizing resources from across the company ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis
  • Excellent working collaboration skills
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications are a plus
