Senior Customer Success Enablement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Enablement Strategist to join our team at Equifax. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the launch and enablement of new processes and tools for the customer success team.
As a key member of our team, you will establish processes to monitor and report the usage of our solutions by customers, partner with customer success managers to identify solutions to increase customer adoption of our solutions, and provide operational support for customer success managers. You will also be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies impacting customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise effective improvements.
With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you will drive initiatives end-to-end, leveraging your project management expertise to deliver results. Your ability to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of tasks will be crucial in making programs successful.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and diligent, you will be able to work remotely and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional due diligence and follow-up skills.
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
